Technical Support
Our team is deeply familiar with IPCMate systems and embedded / industrial computing. Whether you’re in setup, integration, or running into field issues, we’ll assist you via email, phone, chat, or the portal. Support is included for existing customers.
Hardware Repair & RMA
From in-warranty to post-warranty, we support hardware repair across the product lifecycle.
First we attempt remote diagnostics and fixes.
If onsite resolution isn’t possible, we’ll issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to bring your unit back to our repair facility.
For out-of-warranty repairs, additional charges may apply.
