Technical Support

Our team is deeply familiar with IPCMate systems and embedded / industrial computing. Whether you’re in setup, integration, or running into field issues, we’ll assist you via email, phone, chat, or the portal. Support is included for existing customers.

Hardware Repair & RMA

From in-warranty to post-warranty, we support hardware repair across the product lifecycle.

  • First we attempt remote diagnostics and fixes.

  • If onsite resolution isn’t possible, we’ll issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to bring your unit back to our repair facility.

  • For out-of-warranty repairs, additional charges may apply.

Enhanced Support Options

For customers needing faster turnaround or extra coverage, we offer premium service tiers such as:

  • Expedited Repair / Returns

  • Advance Replacement Program

  • System Update / Upgrade Service (e.g. new firmware, memory/SSD expansions)

Extended Warranty

You can purchase extended warranty coverage (up to N years) to guard against unexpected hardware failures beyond the standard warranty period.
